Drinking Cold Water lead to
Heart Attacks

Do you experience....
  • Chest discomfort. Most heart attacks involve discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes, or that goes away and comes back. It can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain.
  • Discomfort in other areas of the upper body. Symptoms can include pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach.
  • Shortness of breath with or without chest discomfort.
  • Other signs may include breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a c
u
p of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just
consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, it will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
